I’m a strategic consultant, speaker, and creator economy specialist with over a decade of experience leading influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and social strategy across startups, agencies, and global tech companies.
I began my career in wealth management straight out of school, which gave me a strong grounding in business, commercial thinking, and client service. But it was launching my own blog that sparked my interest in digital storytelling and the early creator economy. That curiosity led me to one of the UK’s first influencer technology platforms, where I helped connect brands with a growing community of 50,000+ creators at the very start of what has since become a global industry.
From there, I went on to build and scale influencer and creator capabilities at MediaCom EMEA, before joining Amazon, where I led international influencer programmes across 26 markets. Working across startups, agencies, and one of the world’s largest tech companies has given me a rare perspective across every side of the creator ecosystem.
Today, I run my own consultancy, partnering with brands, agencies, and founders to refine creator and social strategies, elevate personal brands, and design long-term partnerships that drive real business impact. Increasingly, my work also sits at the intersection of creator marketing and AI, helping teams understand how new tools, automation, and platforms are changing the way we build, distribute, and scale content.
Alongside my consultancy work, I deliver workshops and advisory sessions, speak at global industry events including Cannes Lions and Advertising Week, and sit on the board of OK Mentor. My work has been recognised by Campaign, AdWeek, and Forbes, and in 2025 I was named one of the Top 50 Innovators in the Creator Economy.
