About Emily
I’m a strategic consultant, speaker, and specialist in the creator economy with over a decade of experience leading influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies across startups, agencies, and global tech companies.
I started my career straight out of school in wealth management - an experience that gave me a strong foundation in business and client service. But it was launching my own blog that sparked a deeper passion for digital storytelling and social media. That led me to join one of the UK’s first influencer tech platforms, where I helped connect brands with a community of 50,000+ creators at the very start of this now global industry.
Since then, I’ve led creator strategy at some of the world’s most recognisable brands, including Amazon, where I was Head of Influencer Relations overseeing programs across 26 markets in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Before that, I built and scaled the influencer division at MediaCom EMEA, working with clients such as Coca-Cola, Mars, and JP Morgan Chase.
Today, I work independently with brands, agencies, and creators—helping them refine their creator marketing strategies, build standout personal brands, and drive more impactful partnerships. I also deliver hands-on workshops and internal training sessions for teams, sharing practical guidance on influencer marketing, personal branding, mentorship, and professional development.
Alongside my consultancy work, I speak regularly at industry events including Cannes Lions and AdWeek, and sit on the board of OkMentor, where I support the next generation of female talent in marketing and media.
