I’m a strategic consultant, speaker, and creator economy specialist with over a decade of experience leading influencer marketing and brand partnership strategies across startups, agencies, and global tech companies.
I began my career in wealth management straight out of school - an experience that gave me a strong foundation in business and client service. But it was launching my own blog that sparked a passion for digital storytelling and creators. That curiosity led me to one of the UK’s first influencer tech platforms, where I helped connect brands with a growing community of 50,000+ creators at the very start of what has become a global industry.
From there, I built and scaled the influencer division at MediaCom EMEA and later joined Amazon, where I led international influencer programs across 26 markets. Those experiences gave me a rare perspective across every side of the creator economy - from startups and agencies to one of the biggest tech companies in the world.
Today, I run my own consultancy, partnering with brands, agencies, and founders to refine influencer strategies, elevate personal brands, and design impactful long-term partnerships. I also deliver workshops, training, and advisory sessions to help teams stay ahead in a fast-moving industry.
Alongside my consultancy work, I speak regularly at global events including Cannes Lions and Advertising Week, and sit on the board of Ok Mentor, supporting the next generation of female talent. I’ve been recognised with awards and accolades including Campaign’s Female Frontier Award, AdWeek’s Future is Female shortlist, and the Forbes 30 Under 30 longlist.
